No Show / Late Policy
As with any appointment based business, we rely on our customers to show up. If they don't, and we are unable to fill the spot last minute, we do not make money. The more this happens, the harder it is for us to pay our bills. So please be respectful of our time and our business by showing up to your appointment.
No Show Policy
We understand that things come up from time to time, and it's no big deal. Just give us at least 24 hours notice so that we can try to fill your time slot. If you don't, a fee may be charged, payable upon your next visit.
1st no show… $10/pet
2nd no show… $20/pet
3rd no show… you will no longer be welcome back at our salon.
Late Cancel Policy
If you do not give us at least 24 hours notice of your cancellation, thereby not giving us enough time to fill your appointment spot, this will be considered a no show, and the no show policy will apply.
Being Late to Your Appointment
Since we are an appointment based service, we have allotted a certain amount of time for your pet, and all the other pets that have appointments after you. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you, as we have to move on to stay on time with our other customers. If this is the case, it will be considered a no show, and the no show policy will apply.
Picking up Your Pet Late
When you drop your pet off, we will give you a pick up time. It is important that you adhere to this time as we have limited space and we may need the room for other pets coming in. Also, a dog knows when he is done and wants to go home! Leaving him here past his finish time can be stressful for him!
We close at 5pm. Please do not pick your dog up past closing. If you do, late charges may be applied.
